Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your AskZac subscription at any time using AskZac's self-service billing tools. From your signed-in account, choose Manage billing to open the secure billing portal and cancel your subscription.

If you cannot access self-service cancellation or need help, contact support@askzacai.com.

After Cancellation

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• You will continue to have access to paid features until that period expires.
• No future subscription charges will occur after cancellation.

Please note that canceling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy.
