Google integrations that keep educators in control
AskZac uses Google access only for features an educator chooses to connect. Content is processed only when the educator asks AskZac for help.
Google Drive
AskZac requests the narrow drive.filescope. This lets AskZac create and work with files used through AskZac without broad access to the educator’s entire Drive. Situation documents remain in the educator’s own Google Drive.
Smart Email
Smart Email is designed to help an educator draft, reply, rewrite, and summarize while the educator remains in control of the final message. Email text is used for the requested assistance and is not turned into a permanent AskZac email database.
